Work hard, play hard, and pray hard …
Mitch Todd is the Lead Pastor at River Run Church in Chuluota, Florida (East Orlando). However, when he is not leading the flock, Mitch loves to follow the fish. Growing up in Kentucky, Mitch is no stranger to freshwater fishing. But after moving to Florida to start River Run Church, Mitch discovered there is a whole lot more water to cover and new critters to catch. He chalked up a big number of these critters on this epic backcountry fishing day …
River Run Church – http://www.riverrun.church/
Mitch grew up catching all the freshwater species Kentucky has to offer (catfish, largemouth and smallmouth bass, crappie, and bluegill). After moving to Florida, Mitch made the switch to saltwater fishing. Since then, he has caught most everything swimming inshore from spotted sea trout, snook and redfish (red drum), and also loves to offshore fish whenever he gets the chance. Mitch has even fished in IFA Redfish Tour events.
This episode takes place in the Everglades backcountry in Florida.
Catch of the Day
This episode is about backcountry saltwater fishing for snook, spotted sea trout, redfish, black drum, bonefish, jack cravelle, and even a Goliath grouper. Plus, a surprise guest decides to crash the party.
